North of North
North and Sorensen Halls are nearly identical—both house just under 200 sophomores and juniors in doubles. You’ll find a kitchen and large recreational lounge in the lower level. Each dorm room is furnished with a bed, bed frame, mattress, desk, desk chair, and closet space for each resident. Rooms have tile floors. Like North and GIbbs, eastern facing rooms have dynamite views of the Minnesota River Valley.
What’s Cool About It
Sorensen is a favorite among students who want to be close to the dining room and Lund Center while also having parking right next to the building. They love the large windows and social atmosphere that comes from living by your friends.
