The Details
- Occupancy: 56 residents (primarily Seniors).
- Amenities: Each of these townhomes has four individual bedrooms (two singles on each level of the townhome), a kitchen, living room, a washing machine and dryer, and two bathrooms. The apartments are furnished with beds, desks and desk chairs. There are also kitchen counter stools along the kitchen peninsula in each townhome. Each bedroom has its own sink and built-in closet space. Bathroom shower curtain is provided. On-site parking (permit required). Kitchens do not come with cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc.

A typical Chapel View bedroom is about 12'8" by 15'. The living room space is about 12'6" by 17'6".
The interior of a typical townhome features a carpeted living space. The townhomes will not have college-owned furniture provided in the living room space.
A typical Chapel View kitchen is pictured below. Each unit has an oven/stove, full refrigerator, dishwasher, ample cabinet space and two kitchen stools for the counter dining area.
