±õ³Ù’s&²Ô²ú²õ±è;your kitchen! Our nationally known meal and dessert options often start as student suggestions, then are created on campus in our kitchen and bakery, by our own chef and staff. We source locally and sustainably where possible, including (literally) tons of produce from student-run Big Hill Farm. We employ hundreds of students. And everyone—students, staff, and visitors—eats á la carte and together.

We are serving food and beverages across campus; in the main dining room and banquet rooms in Jackson Campus Center, coffee shops in the lower level of the Campus Center and the south end of Nobel Hall of Science.
