The award-winning Dining Service can help you with arrangements for special meals and banquets. Contact the Catering Manager at (507) 933-6245 or complete the catering request form at least seven business days before your event.
Pick-up Orders
Contact the Dining Service Office at (507) 933-7608 for more details and be sure to place orders at least seven days in advance.
- You may request food for an event that you pick up from Dining Service.
- Food pick-up orders are available to all students, groups, and departments.
- Meals can be ordered for groups as few as 5 and as many as 500!
- Based upon items selected, a charge can be made to student declining balance accounts or be billed to the group organizing the request.
- On the day requested, go to the Dining Service Office to pick up your food order.
Birthday Celebrations
Surprise a friend or treat yourself to a birthday treat from the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Bakery. Order one week in advance. To order complete the form or call (507) 933-7608 or stop by the Dining Service Office.
Order a fresh personalized cake, jumbo decorated chocolate chip cookie, or a beautiful fruit basket from the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Dining Service.
On the date you indicate, Dining Service will send a notice to your student notifying them to pick up their treat in the Dining Service Bakery.
- Cake options: Chocolate, Angel Food, Carrot, Red Velvet, White, Marble, Yellow
- Frosting options: Cream Cheese, White Buttercream, Chocolate
- Fruit: 2 Oranges, 2 Bananas, 2 Apples, 1 Grapefruit, 1 Pear, Grapes, 1 Container Mixed Nuts
