Free, confidential mental health services from licensed mental health therapists. For when you’re stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, sad, or have any other mental health concerns. Individuals, groups, workshops, and campus outreach. Nearly 30 percent of students use our services each year. Drop in or make an appointment.

In addition, the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Counseling Center recognizes the pressing need for campus employees to receive support in navigating student mental health issues. That's why we're offering RESPOND, a training program designed to equip Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ community members with vital tools for addressing mental health challenges through a trauma-informed approach.
