Our Services
We work with a wide variety of students to enhance their personal development and academic achievement. At times, you may experience personal, relational, social, or academic difficulties which you cannot fully resolve on you own, and may find it helpful to talk to a professional counselor about your concerns. We provide a range of services to help.
Sensory Space
A place to help you relax, meditate, self-regulate, and generally enhance your wellbeing.

Workshops for issues such as depression, anxiety, and interpersonal concerns. Groups for LGBTQ+ students and students who are neurodivergent
Drop-in support
Let’s Talk, are brief consultations with a therapist, weekdays during academic terms, 11:30 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. in the Counseling Hub. (Johnson Student Union, Room 105.)

That's why we're offering RESPOND, a training program designed to equip Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ community members with vital tools for addressing mental health challenges through a trauma-informed approach.
