Activities and Events
We organize Homecoming activities, President’s Ball, and major campus concerts. We also host movie nights, trivia contests, and cultural celebrations. We collaborate with other student orgs. And we work to ensure our events represent the Â鶹ÊÓƵ community. You’ll gain hands-on experience in event planning, budget management, and vendor coordination.
Meetings & Time Commitment
Expect weekly meetings during the academic year, plus more during major events. Members contribute five to eight hours per week, with more during busy periods.
Membership & How to Join
We accept applications at the beginning of each semester. Candidates should have an interest in event planning. They should also be organized and committed to serving the campus community. Previous event planning experience is helpful but not required.
