We hold regular training sessions that include basic techniques, forms, sparring (when appropriate), and talks about the ideas and values behind martial arts. Sometimes we host demonstrations on campus, attend tournaments or workshops, and invite guest instructors to teach different styles.
Meetings & Time Commitment
Training sessions happen regularly to help us build skills, stay fit, and grow in confidence. We welcome students at all levels, and each session is designed to meet a range of skill levels. Members can attend as often as their schedule allows and work at their own pace.
