Get to know yourself better through guided meditation! This is a simple yet powerful way to calm your mind, reduce anxiety, and improve focus. Everyone in the campus community and beyond is welcome, whether well-practiced or a beginner. Sessions are weekly: online on Tuesdays and in-person (twice) on Thursdays.

Thursdays in person at Bonnier Multifaith Center from 11:30 a.m. to 11:50 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Tuesdays online from 11:30 a.m. to 11:50 a.m.
No meditation on Tuesday, Oct. 21 and Thursday, Oct. 23 (Fall Break).
No meditation on Tuesday, Nov. 25 and Thursday, Nov. 27 (Thanksgiving week).
The last meditation of the Fall semester is Thursday, Dec. 18.
