Â鶹ÊÓƵ

Jenny Schmidt joined Â鶹ÊÓƵ in March of 2020 and serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager. Jenny is a 2011 Â鶹ÊÓƵ graduate with a degree in Psychology and minors in Sociology and Coaching. While at Â鶹ÊÓƵ, she was a four-year member of both the volleyball and softball teams.

After graduating, she attended the University of Dubuque to obtain her Masters in Business Administration and served as the Graduate Assistant Volleyball Coach for two seasons. In 2013, Jenny returned to Â鶹ÊÓƵ and acted as an assistant volleyball coach for two seasons. Over the next six years, Jenny worked as a Recruiter for a production facility, a commercial cleaning company, and an engineering and consulting firm in the Twin Cities.

In her Talent Acquisition Manager role, Jenny works with hiring managers on campus to create and post open positions, hire new staff, and complete onboarding items. She also manages employee recognition programs at Â鶹ÊÓƵ, leads the health and wellbeing initiatives for employees, and is a part of several other planning committees. Jenny also serves as an Assistant Volleyball Coach for the Gusties and loves to connect with student-athletes! 

Jenny lives in St. Peter with her husband, Anders (’06), and their three daughters.
