Internet Sharing
Users are occasionally restricted on the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ network due to internet sharing. To fix this problem, please follow the directions below.
- Click on the Start menu and open the Control panel
- Select Network Connections then click on Network and Sharing Center
- Select Change adapter settings
- RIGHT click your Local Area Connection and select Properties and look at the Sharing tab
- Uncheck the box that reads "Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection"
If users have been restricted for this, a full time Technology Services' staff member must manually re-enable their GReg registrations. Please contact the Technology Helpline (x6111) for this.
