Technology Services owns an electric golf cart that is used for equipment transportation.

Using

Following are instructions for the appropriate use of the GTS cart. Please note that the cart is provided for equipment transportation purposes only. Personal use is not allowed.

1. Get the key and sign out on the clipboard at Teri's desk.
2. On the whiteboard on the door to the back hall, write your name and your destination.
3. Make sure that the cart is unplugged before inserting key, turning on, putting the cart in the appropriate gear (F,N,R) and driving off.
4. When you return the cart, plug it back in if it is the end of the day or you don't think it will be in use for awhile.
5. Finally erase your name from the whiteboard and return the key to Teri's desk so the next person can use it.

Please be wary of other co-workers' cart needs. There are also pull carts available if the electric cart is in use.
