I'm curious... what advantage do we really have by using this system other than an additional point of failure? I'm constantly approached by people complaining about how they can't print (including this "new" way) -- and the fact that I have to authenticate with this program every time I log in doesn't make any sense. Taking 2 minutes to use the Add a Printer wizard and typing in printer-blah.res-hall.gac.edu is by far the best way. --Kseitz 21:49, 7 October 2008 (UTC)
