The hardware database is a database that �鶹��Ƶ uses to keep track of its hardware inventory. The hardware database software that we use is called FileMaker Pro.

== How to access the hardware database

Open Filemaker Pro

1. 1Click on "open an existing file" and click ok

1. 2Click on "Open Remote"

1. 3Click on filemaker.gac.edu and type in user information when prompted to do so. "Make sure you type in Helpline for the user name and the correct password"

1. 4Click on the database you want to open, usually it is Hardware Database GAC-2004. Click open and enter in Helpline as the user name and the correct password.

1. 5You now can search by GAC-TAG and or Serial Number!
