Large format printing
Media Services offers a large format printing service for students, staff, and organizations on campus. Past projects have included digital photography prints, event signs, scientific posters, and various banners.
Options
Printers
- The Encad Novajet 750 prints at 600 dpi with a maximum width of 60". Both GS+ and GO+ inks can be used. GO+ ink is recommended for long-term use.
- The Epson StylusPro 9800 is able to print a maximum width of 44" and at either 720 or 1440 dpi with GO+ ink.
Paper
A standard paper is available, with custom paper or material obtainable upon request.
Requests
Printing requests can be made in the Media Services office.
Every effort will be made to deliver your prints by the date and time requested, however Media Services reserves three business days for all requests.
Prices and billing
Prices depend on printer, ink, and paper choice. The total price will be the cost of paper plus the cost of ink. The standard paper is $1/sq ft, but there are a variety of different materials available which are priced upon request.

- Files that require custom resizing, cropping, or color modification are subject to a $10 per file Preflight fee.
- All fees are subject to appropriate tax.
