Reset Password
The Reset Password tool allows you to reset the password for any user (email and home directory) account on the 鶹Ƶ system. *ID Before resetting a users password we ask for identification. Identification in person can be a 鶹Ƶ ID or drivers liscense. Verification via email can be done by asking them to supply their 鶹Ƶ ID number and two classes they are currently enrolled in (for graduates - two classes from their last semester).
