Check disk usage
If you type in a username, a page will show up displaying how much information they are using as well as if they have been disabled for being over quota. Point out which folders contain the most data or can be eliminated. Then re-enable them.
View Email history
When you type in a username, a page will show up displaying that usernames diferent connection as well as if they are connecting securely or insecurely. A history of their most recent connections can be useful in identifying their most recent attempts to connect.
