Adobe Photoshop is an Adobe program for creating and editing image files.

How do I re-size an existing image?
To resize and image go to the Image menu and choose Image size... A box will apear in which you may choose new dimetions of the image. The image will automatically scale, meaning that if you enter a new width the height will automatically change according to scale.
