The Google Home is a wireless speaker and voice controlled computer manufactured by Google.com.
How to register on the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Network
This device will not work on the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Secure Network. You must connect to the Â鶹ÊÓƵ network. To register your echo on the Â鶹ÊÓƵ network, obtain the echo's MAC address by following the steps below. Once you have the mac address, please contact GTS at 507-933-6111 or helpline@gac.edu and provide us with the MAC address so that we can assist with registration.
Finding the MAC address
1. Open the Google Home app on your mobile device (ie Android/iOS phone/tablet)
2. Connect your google home to your mobile device via bluetooth and start the process for connecting to a wifi network
3. Select the Â鶹ÊÓƵ network and then tap on the 3 vertical dots in the upper right hand corner while the Google Home searches for the network.
4. tap the option to view the mac address
