Bomgar for Windows Users
Initiate Session
Windows users who wish to initiate a Bomgar session can
- visit , click the Technology Services representative's name
- double-click the GTS SOS icon on the desktop
- double-click the link in the email from Technology Services representative
All these options will download an installer. Run the installer after it is downloaded.
