  2. When prompted for your username and password, click the Forgot? link above the password text box.
  3. Supply your Â鶹ÊÓƵ e-mail username, and click RESET PASSWORD.
  4. An email will be sent to your alternate e-mail address with directions for resetting your Â鶹ÊÓƵ User Account password.
