ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅ Technology Services would like to welcome you to ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅!
It is our hope that this message will answer many of your technology related questions and provide you with the resources necessary to find answers to other technology questions you might have.
ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅ Technology Services is the central organization responsible for most of the technology delivery and support at ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅. For students the Technology Helpline is the primary point of contact for all technology related questions, problems and concerns. The Helpline consists of a phone (507-933-6111)and walk up (Olin Hall First Floor) support center and web based help center () available 7 days and over 80 hours a week.
All ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅ students are granted a ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅ User Account. Student email at ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅ is called GusMail, and is powered by Google. Your ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅ User Account also includes Google Calendar, Documents, unlimited Google Drive storage, web publishing space and authenticated access to many online ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅ resources. We would like to invite you to begin using this account now.
If you did not receive this information via email or can't find this information, please call the Technology Helpline at 507-933-6111 to get your username and temporary password information.
