Media Services provides Event Support for a number of events at ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅, including the Nobel Conference.
You may request Media Services to assist you with a scheduled event in support of the College' strategic plan. You are responsible for communicating your needs with us. Futhermore, we require two weeks advance notice for all events. Please plan ahead; we need this time to prepare for event setup, including reserving equipment and scheduling staff for the event.
Event requests may be submitted using VirtualOffice on the Media Services website at .
