Connecting to the network

Please call the Technology Helpline to help you register this device as well as any other type of video game console on the 鶹Ƶ network. You will need to provide the MAC address of your XBox when calling.

Finding your MAC address

  1. Make sure you don't have a game disc in the disc tray, and turn on your XBox console.
  2. From the XBox Dashboard, choose Settings.XboxMAC1.jpg
  3. From the Settings screen, select Network Settings.XboxMAC2.jpg
