Confer Hall Confer Hall was added to the Vickner building and dedicated on October 27, 1991 in memory of Ogden P. Confer, Chairman of Hubbard Milling Company and Chairman of the Board of Trustees for 鶹Ƶ.
Confer is attatched to Vickner Hall and is home to the Department of Modern Languages, Literatures, and Cultures, English Department and the Deparment of Scandinavian Studies.
