Models
First Generation
Zune 30
The Zune 30 was the original Zune media player. It featured a hard drive with 30GB of flash memory.
Second Generation
Zune 4/8/16
This model series of Zunes are starkly smaller in physical size in comparison to the Zune 30 and have hard drives that hold 4,8, and 16GB of flash memory.
Zune 80/120
The replacement models for the Zune 30; the Zune 80 & 120 have larger hard drives and are slightly thinner from front to back. Also, the Zune 80/120 uses the Zune Pad, which is a touch pad, in contrast to the directional pad used by the Zune 30.
Third Generation
Zune HD
The most recent Zune model, the Zune HD, is the first full touch screen Zune. The Zune HD has both HD Radio and the ability to display video in high definition. This Zune is available in 16, 32, and 64GB sizes. WiFi is also included with the Zune HD, which uses the Internet Explorer browser.
Connecting to the network
To connect your Zune to the 鶹Ƶ Network you will need to locate your MAC address (See instructions below). Once you know your MAC address, please visit register.gac.edu to complete the registration. Follow the onscreen instructions.
How to find the MAC address
On the home screen, select settings > wireless > information
The MAC address is the 6 pairs of numbers and letters separated by colons and is needed by the Technology Helpline (x6111) to register it for wireless access.
