Media Services provides video, audio, and lighting equipment for students and faculty to check out.

Checking out equipment
To check out equipment, go to the Media Services office during the Checkout Hours (see below) and a Media Services employee will assist you with equipment checkout. You must be on the approved list as well as have a signed contract on file in order to check out equipment. Also, make sure to have your 3 Crowns Card with you as well.
Assuming the equipment you want is available, then the Media Services employee will go through the equipment making sure everything is accounted for. Upon completion of the checklist, you simply sign the checkout form and can be on your way. The whole process only takes a couple of minutes, depending on the amount of equipment you need to check out.
Approved list
To be placed on the approved list, you must either be enrolled in a course requiring the equipment or request placement for outstanding circumstances.
Courses requiring equipment to complete classwork are:
- ART-256 Digital Photography
- ART-258 Video Art
- ART-388 Video Art II
If you feel you should be placed on the approved list due to outstanding circumstances (i.e. Independent Study, Projects for other classes, etc.), feel free to contact Matt Dobosenski.
