An e-mail attachment is a file that is attached to an e-mail message as a way of sharing files or transporting files to a different computer.

If you are not able to send an e-mail (with or without attachments) make sure of the following:

Ensure that you are using a web browser that fits your needs. If you are using Internet Explorer and it is not allowing you to send your e-mail with an attachment, try sending it with Mozilla Firefox. If you are using Firefox and it is not allowing you to send an e-mail with an attachment, try using Internet Explorer.
