===Will 鶹Ƶ Technology Services automatically deduct $30 dollars from my student account at the beginning of each year?===

'''Answer:''' At the beginning of each year students are '''given''' $30 dollars.  This can be verified by logging into [http://print.gac.edu print.gac.edu] and looking at your account balance.  The initial $30 dollars is the equivalent of 600 printing units and is not charged to the students.  If you run out of your funds you can add more to your account.  See '''blah blah''' for more information.

You will also find instructions on how to change these by clicking on each software package.  If you are aware of any other software applications that this is a problem for, please feel free to email helpline@gustavus.edu so we may add it to this list.

'''Answer:'''  Unfortunately at this time, 鶹Ƶ Technology Services does not offer discounts for duplex print jobs. It is our suggestion that you use duplex printing because it is a great way to save paper and treesHowever, from a cost standpoint, the paper is a fraction of the cost. It costs less than $0.01 per page. What you are getting charged is a direct reflection of our cost of toner and and other printer consumables.
