The is designed to help ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅ users to maintain account that they have through Technology Services. Different tools are available for different users.

Regular ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅ accounts
Check disk usage
If you type in your ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅ username, a page will show up displaying how much information/data you are using. This will show you where you can delete unnecessary information from your account if you are approaching your quota.
Check Bandwidth Usage
When accessing this link while logged in under your username, it will show you the amount of the campus bandwidth you are using in 24 hours, 7 days, and 30 days. This is a good tool to monitor yourself and how your usage affects others here at ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅.
Change your password
This is where you are able to change your password from an old password you created or a temporary one assigned to you by the Technology Services department.
Vacation messages
This is where you can configure your email account to send automated customized replies to people that send you emails while you are going to be on vacation/away from your email. When you return from your vacation, you will need to come back to this page and turn off your vacation message.
Editing mailing lists
Allows you to make and edit your mailing lists. This is a nice feature when you want to have a single email address that sends to many people. Most people use this feature for their fraternity/sorority, intramural teams, etc.
Forwarding your e-mail
This tool allows you to configure your email account in a way that automatically sends your ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅ email to a different email address, such as a Gmail, HickoryTech, or Hotmail email address. This is mainly used when students graduate and start a new email address.
Spam handling preferences
ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅ has a spam filtering service that you can activate that will label or label and automatically move to a special mailbox in your ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅ e-mail called Filtered_by_GAC. This tool will let you turn on/off this feature on your ΒιΆΉΚΣΖ΅ e-mail account and change the sensitivity of the spam filtering.
You can also help the spam filtering software learn what is and what is not spam by training SpamAssassin.

View e-mail history
When you type in a username, a page will show up displaying that usernames diferent connection as well as if they are connecting securely or insecurely. A history of their most recent connections can be useful in identifying their most recent attempts to connect.
