The Verizon Jetpack 8800L is a Verizon Hotspot/Mifi.

Setup

  1. Remove the Jetpack from the packaging, and plug in the USB-C cable into the Hotspot/Mifi and plug charger into power outlet.
  2. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.
  3. To find the SSID/network name and find the password, tap the Wi-Fi name/Password icon on the touchscreen.
  4. When Hotspot/Mifi is not in use, press and hold the Power button until the display shows MiFi Powering Off.

Tips for Best Reception

  • Place the Jetpack near a window on the highest floor in the house.
  • You may have to test several locations in your house using a speedtest service such as (). The larger the number, the better.
