A service pack (SP) is generally a Windows operating system term that means a collection of updates, which usually is a substantial update to the operating system.
How do I know which service pack is installed?
- Click the Start button
- Right click Computer
- Click Properties
- Under the Windows edition heading, the 3rd line down.
