All academic and residence hall printers support email-to-print. Simply send a supported document to the email-to-print address for the printer.
How to Email to print
- Attach supported file(s) to an email
- Send the email to the email address of the printer: print+PRINTERNAME@gustavus.edu
- You will receive an email response. Approve the print job, by clicking the link in this email and logging in.
Supported file types
- Microsoft Excel xlam, xls, xlsb, xlsm, xlsx, xltm, xltx
- Microsoft PowerPoint pot, potm, potx, ppam, pps, ppsm, ppsx, ppt, pptm, pptx
- Microsoft Word doc, docm, docx, dot, dotm, dotx, rtf
- PDF pdf
