IASSurePosServer.exe process on server Evelyn has failed, it sensed that the SQLServer was not there, right or wrong.
Solution
A) Restart IASSurePosServer.exe on server or Reboot server. B) Upload transactions from POS Terminals, upload POS terminal where cards are entered manually last.
If during upload, the IASSurePosServer.exe process fails again, there is a good chance that the database on the POS Terminals has invalid data in the ID Card number. To fix this, do the following: (During this do not allow anyone to use the POS Terminal) A) Close out the SurePOS program on the POS Terminal B) Copy the SurePOS.mdb file from C:\SurePOs directory to a computer with Microsoft Access. C) Remove records with invalid data from database. D) Copy SurePOS.mdb back on POS Terminal replacing original file. E. Start SurePOs.exe and finish upload.
