Wheelchair/Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is available at all events. It is helpful to notify the event planners at least one week in advance about your need for accessible seating.

Dietary Restrictions

The Â鶹ÊÓƵ Dining Service is able to accommodate most dietary restrictions if given advance notice. Please inform the event planner of your dietary needs at least one week in advance.

Large Print Copy of Slide Deck or Program

Please contact the event planner one week in advance if you need a large print copy of program materials.

Gender Neutral and Accessible Bathrooms

Lactation Rooms

• There is a lactation room in the Nobel Hall of Science (room 1501).
• A private sitting space with a sink in the Jackson Campus Center, on the second floor outside the Presidents Dining Room connected to the restrooms.
• Private changing rooms in the Lund Center accessed by talking to the staff at the Lund Center Information Desk.

Foot Washing Station

The Bonnier Multifaith Center in Anderson Hall is a open daily as a location for prayer and meditation, including having a foot washing station.

Prayer Locations

Christ Chapel and the Bonnier Multifaith Center are open daily as a location for prayer.

Service Animals

Service animals are permitted to accompany their handler into any public space on campus.

Listening Device/Sign Language Interpreter

Please notify the event planner at least three weeks in advance if you need a listening device or sign language interpreter.

Campus Safety Medical Escort

The Campus Safety Officer provides 24-hour medical escorts. Call Campus Safety at 507-933-8888 to request assistance.
