A Gusties for Wellbeing Event: Join certified Yoga Teacher, Kelly Holland for 30-45 minutes of mindful movement followed by reflection and discussion in Christ Chapel. A special focus will be placed on making mind/body and spirit connections. Please bring a yoga mat or towel/blanket if you have one available only a few mats will be provided.
This program was inspired by a mindfulness and contemplative practices conversation sponsored by the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Wellbeing Initiative with Dr. Eric Storlie, University of Minnesota's Center for Spirituality and Healing. The group of faculty, staff, and students expressed a desire for more and varied meditation, yoga, and other forms of contemplative practice, and to utilize the abundant gifts and talents of Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ community members who have interest, experience, and expertise in these areas.
