Dr. James Patrick Miller and the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Wind Orchestra, along with the Dr. Dave Stamps and the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Jazz Lab Band, lead the 2016 Â鶹ÊÓƵ Honor Band Festival on the Â鶹ÊÓƵ campus.
