Student Leadership DayApril 21, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Student Leadership Day 2012 is for high school youth and their youth leaders, invited to come to Â鶹ÊÓƵ for a one-day event to develop, learn, and hone the skills to reach their leadership potential -- and to explore and expand leadership possibilities! The keynote address will be given by Tiger McLuen, of Youth Leadership in St. Paul. Â鶹ÊÓƵ students will facilitate discussion groups with the high school youth. Tiger will lead the adult group as they work on practical ideas for growing a vibrant youth ministry. Also featured will be music by the band of Ryan McLuen.
Youth groups and their leaders are invited -- the event is for anyone who is interested in all aspects of leadership, from defining what it might mean for you, to honing special skills. The cost is $12/person (early-bird registration $10 if received by Wed., April 4).
