Description

Are you considering the idea of theological graduate school education? Is there a possibility you might want to become a pastor, a professor of religion, or work in a church vocation? This all-day event will give you the opportunity to meet with representatives from 20 seminaries and divinity schools from around the nation, from multiple denominational affiliations. The day will also feature a keynote address during the luncheon, breakout sessions and discussions about the discernment process, questions of faith, what it's like to be in ministry (ordained, not ordained, specialized), the difference between a seminary and divinity school, and more. Â鶹ÊÓƵ students will have the chance to visit with students from other regional schools who have similar questions and interests. No charge for this event or for lunch -- but please pre-register by noon Monday, Oct. 10, if you want lunch. To pre-register, call Marilyn in Center for Servant Leadership 507-933-7001 or Kathy in the Chaplain's Office 507-933-7446, or e-mail mbeyer@gustavus.edu.
