Faculty will read On Being Included, Sara Ahmed's classic text on the experience of "diversity workers" on college campuses. Faculty participants will share their responses to the reading and ideas for discussion as we consider the implications of Ahmed's study for Â鶹ÊÓƵ. The book will be provided to all participants.
