Promotion nominations (including self-nominations) for faculty wishing to be considered for promotion in the spring of 2026 are due in the Office of the Provost by Monday, January 26, 2026.

Letters should be addressed to Provost Brenda Kelly, but should be emailed directly to her assistant, Shanon Nowell (snowell@gustavus.edu). Acknowledgment will be sent upon receipt.
