Description
In January of 2006 the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Wind Orchestra will embark on its second tour to Eastern Europe. As part of the student tour, the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Alumni Office has arranged with Accolades Travel of Bloomington, Minnesota, to offer a 10-day Â鶹ÊÓƵ Wind Orchestra Companion tour for alumni, parents, and friends.

The Eastern Europe tour in 1994 was a life-changing experience for the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Wind Orchestra, so we are thrilled to be returning to this special part of the world. The companion tour will be hosted by Â鶹ÊÓƵ Professor of History, Thomas Emmert. Professor Emmert is an expert in the field of Eastern European studies, and will enrich the trip with information about related history and current events. As you can see in the link below, the tour will provide a quality balance of opportunities to hear the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Wind Orchestra in concert, and to explore sites independent from the student tour.

Accolades Travel is a respected travel company that has worked with Â鶹ÊÓƵ on over-seas tours for over fifteen years.

Click for information about the companion tour. The tour will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We are expecting to sell out, ?so you are encouraged to return your deposit to Accolades Travel (see the brochure linked regarding this) as soon as possible.

If you have any questions about the companion tour, please contact Barb Larson Taylor in the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Alumni Office at 800/487-8437.
