Wednesdays and Fridays through November 4th!

How to sign up: 

• Go to the  and sign in.
• Go to appointment scheduling on the top of the page.
• You must choose the date first (Wednesdays and Fridays) and then choose Flu Shot Clinic or COVID-19 Vaccine. Available times will appear.  

Prior to your appointment:

• Upload a copy of your insurance within the health portal or email an image to rwelp@gustavus.edu.
• Day of Appointment - Complete Immunization Consent within
