ACADEMIC YEAR 2023-24 TOUR GUIDES:

Open to rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors. This is a student employment position and you must be able to transfer departments to be eligible to work in Admission for the 2023-24 academic year.

• Schedule includes working 3-4 Saturday mornings per semester
• Weekday hours will be scheduled between 8:15 a.m. and 4:45 p.m.
• Additional hours may be earned working extra shifts on visit event days

SUMMER 2023 TOUR GUIDES:

• Start date: Tuesday, May 30th; End date: Thursday, August 31st
• Training: May 30 - June 9 (no training June 3 or 4)
• Mandatory work days
  • Most Fridays
  • May 30 - June 2
  • Minnesota Private College Week: June 26 - 30
  • Summer Saturday mornings (TBD) *there will only be two throughout the summer
• Regular work day: Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.- 4:45 p.m. with a 45-minute unpaid lunchÌý
• Occasional opportunities for extra hours; but no overtime hours (over 40 hrs/week) allowed or expected
• Unpaid vacation days can be taken based on office coverage
• Flexibility will be allowed for late August Â鶹ÊÓƵ commitments (i.e Greeters, CF’s, athletics)
• $12.50/hour, paid every two weeksÌý
