Join us on Friday, October 11 from 4:30 to 6:00 pm in the St. Peter Room for the 1st Fall Faculty Engagement Roundtable: The Intersection of Community-Based Learning with the Global Commons at Â鶹ÊÓƵ.
Join us for this interactive event and continue the conversation begun at the 2013 faculty development session as well as the faculty retreat around reframing "internationalization. eIf we entertain a different approach that asks us to instead consider how we Ëœhelp students have an engaged experience in the world' we may discover where community-based learning intersects a commitment to joining the global commons. Faculty from around campus will facilitate roundtable discussions around different ways to honor Ëœengagement' within community-based learning and community-engaged scholarship, drawing on their own experiences and welcoming others.
