One of the main reasons for choosing to work in Microsoft technologies over the internet is their interaction with Microsoft Office. With the release of Office 12 later this year, this interaction will only increase. When it comes to working with company information and data on a day to day basis the majority of staff are familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.

We use Microsoft Office applications widely in our project. Some examples include:

• Wartsila Shipping bespoke CRM system using a Microsoft Access front end to a SQL Server database.
• eCountant agent site using Microsoft Word and Excel templates to allow agents to modify brochures, invoices and mailers linked to databased core content and images
• Research solutions using SQL and ASP.Net to analyse data with exporting options including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Lawn Tennis Association web site using Word to manage content on the website.
