FLU WATCH INFLUENZA STUDY
Following funding from the MRC and the Wellcome Trust, Flu Watch is a collaboration between AMT Data Technologies and UCL. Powered by the AMT Pure survey engine Flu Watch collects weekly survey data from 10,000 individuals around the UK. The browser based system allows households to register their families for either sms, IVR phone or email and web based surveys.
The AMT Pure engine allows data to be collected from many sources either by direct entry via forms, sms or IVR as well as imports via 'Connectors'. It aims to connect disparate data sources together to allow collaboration and communication from different organisations and departments.
Flu Watch is the first system to be hosted on AMT Pure and aims to manage collected Influenza data and feed relevant data to different sources.
