Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0

This new (Dec 2005) CRM product from Microsoft is what can be considered the first proper CRM tool from Microsoft. Again, built on the .Net framework and SQL Server, this product offers developers such as AMT Data Technologies unrivaled opportunities for integration into existing systems, intranets and web sites.
