AMT Data Technologies have worked on several government project. Some projects are carried out through partner design agencies but one project we have completed directly is the ePisas print system for the Central Office of Government (COI).

As the government's executive agency for publicity procurement, the COI ’ s aim is to help departments and agencies secure their policy objectives, while achieving maximum effectiveness and the best possible value for money.

AMT was commissioned to develop a browser based quotation, supplier and tender management system.

This system allows production managers to fully specify print jobs using over 150 criteria. These specifications are passed through to the procurement department which matches them to the integrated supplier database and generates tender documents.

The tenders, when they are returned, are recorded by the system and passed back to the production manager. ‘ePisas’ fully interacts with the COI's 'Maconomy' accounts system. The project involved all stages of analysis, design, specification, implementation, testing, training and support, and is ongoing. Thirty production managers and four procurement officers are using the system.
