Bluecom
Bluecom provide modular mobile data solutions in a product range encompassing Data Communications systems, vehicle tracking systems and telematics. AMT Data Technologies were involved in writing ASP.Net Web Service interfaces their SQL Server based vehicle tracking system to expand their portal based services.
BT
We have worked on various projects with BT for over two years through our partnership with Futura Interactive. These include:
A Recognition / Rewards program, where employees use the website to nominate people within the organisation for outstanding achievement. All processing of the nominations (from the Administration team, through General Manager levels and finally to to Directors) is done via the CMS, which provides functionality to upgrade, query, comment and correspond with involved parties at all stages, and with all such information captured within the application.
An Online Calendar, publishing events and important announcements. Employees can select viewing options according to their department, or the type of data they want to see. Management have log-ins enabling them to submit information, which is then approved and published on prescheduled dates by the system Administrator. The Administrator also has the facility to query or amend announcements, unpublish, or change dates. The application keeps all employees updated with time-critical information.
A Visitors Program, where the system Administrator can manage visits to key visitor centres by industry clients. Visit requests are submitted online by the site Managers and then approved and published by the Administrator. All communication is handled via the application and calendars are automatically published to the websites for each of the 31 centres.
A Career Options program, where employees can select a job profile via a series of dropdowns, see the skills and knowledge requirements attached to the selected job, and then access a list of relevant courses enabling online learning. The CMS enables management of all the jobs, locations, grades and courses.
Two different Feedback applications for management and non-management personnel within the Contact Centre community. The management application enables senior employees to submit requests and ideas regarding improvements to the organisation; the non-management application enables all personnel to submit ideas, questions and concerns about all aspects of the business. The feedback is automatically channeled to appropriate personnel for answering and fulfillment, with the entire history of the request captured within the application. All feedback (with specific exceptions where requests are of a sensitive nature) is published to the website in appropriate categories enabling all people within the community to browse through topics that are relevant to them.
Flag Telecom
The Flag Telecom project involved working with a design agency on a totally new brand and look. AMT Data Technologies built the web site, driven by a bespoke cms system to handle news, press releases, investor centre with live stock prices and a careers centre.
