May 2007 - Photo Gallery with Online Payment
One of our existing clients, Echochamber hold a large photo gallery of images. AMT Data have created a AJAX based CMS driven site to allow users to search or browser for images, add images into a shopping cart and purchase Hi Res versions online.

We have signed a support & maintenance contract with Wartsila covering upgrades and support issues of the Infosys system. This bespoke company CRM system is based on a replicated SQL Database with office staff using an Access front end to a centralised server and remote workers using a local MSDE database on their PC's. Both the Access front end application and SQL backend database are replicated and synchronised whenever users are online

1st ParkApril 2006 - 1st Park online parking system
This system features a registration and credit card payment based web site and a SQL Server based IVR Telephone system. Car Park visitors register on the web site and add credit to their account. They then park in numbered bays and call a freefone number, keying in their bay number. The system detects when their car arrives and leaves and deducts credit accordingly.

Ship Power Supplier

The Replicated SQL Server Sales and Management System that we have produced for Wartsila has been rolled out throughout the UK. This was timed to coincide with the new financial year. The system has been very well received, giving much easier synchronisation with the head-office database for employees who spend most of their time on the road. The Microsoft Access front-end has minimised training requirements.

e-Xact.net Online Catalogue

We have taken on the future development of the e-Xact Construction Industry Product Catalogue. This is an online database of 200,000 products including images, Technical Specifications, Health and Safety Sheets, User Installation Guides and much, much more. The system is highly complex, involving content management, replication, and intranet and extranet versions of the site. The initial task will be to re-design the front-end web site, converting it to ASP.NET in the process. This will be completed during April 2006.

CarweB UK and 1st Choice

The CarweB Vehicle Database system continues to gather strength in the vehicle data market. The SQL Server and Web Service driven system, the technology for which is designed, developed and maintained by AMT Data, now receives feeds from DVLA, SMMT, Police and Glasses. This is served back to industry clients who link into the system via the XML Web Service interface, or can receive vehicle information via the web or SMS Messaging. This will form a secure part of their website and will allow parents to allocate their childcare vouchers to the providers of their choice. ecountant.biz is the new and revolutionary way to manage small/medium business accounting, aimed specifically at businesses that may think twice about the cost of hiring an accountant. AMT Data has just completed development of the agent website, integrating AMT's Content Management System with PDF and Microsoft Word Generation Tools. This allows ecountant to give their agents individual websites that they can fully control, whilst remaining integrated with the central system.

We have just completed the backend programming for a Training Resource system for BT Call Centres. This allows BT Call Centre staff to enter their location and job title and matches lists of skillsets and courses that are relevant to them.

iPortal

We are currently working on a training portal for ATF Solutions. ATF are a successful supplier of Health and Safety courseware. They are moving towards supplying this to large corporations by integrating into an intranet environment. AMT have produced the framework for supplying the courses in an asp.net environment, allowing users to register and access the courses through their browser. New courses are supplied on CD-ROM for automatic upload using XML descriptors. The system is designed to be database independent, with a new database platform able to be integrated typically within a week. Initially the portal is to be rolled out using Oracle 9 and SQL Server 2000.

NowEmail eMarketing system

Subsequent to our partnership work for VideoArts, we have produced a fully featured emarketing system for NowCommunicate Ltd. This campaign management tool has a host of features, allowing logging of click-throughs, bounces and unsubscribe's. It's real power, however, is in the scheduling system. This allows the system to automatically respond to users' actions - if a user clicks link 'A' on the email 'e', he is sent email 'g' 5 days later ..... We have also fully integrated this with ASP.NET and Macromedia Flash based websites, automatically welcoming email respondents to the site and presenting them with their user details for confirmation - activity throughout the site being fully logged. Written in ASP.NET and C#.

We have completed a property website for a UK based company selling and renting Villas in Florida. Again, ASP.NET, C# based. This utilises AMT's Content Management System to give the client full control over the 'static' part of the site. We drive this site using a Microsoft Access Database, which also doubles as the client's central property database.

Saunders1865

Saunders1865 is an International Relocation company, helping companies to relocate their staff between America, Canada and the UK. They have been managing their business using a mulit-user Access database which is also integrated to their website, giving clients real time information about how the relocation is progressing. We have reworked this database so that it now uses a SQL Server backend, giving much better response and data integrity. It will also allow a central database to be used by all three offices - USA, Canada and London.

We are currently working on a major rework of a leading UK job site. This is a large active server pages/SQL Server web site that has outgrown its server. We are currently reworking the site to make it properly scalable and introducing .NET technologies to add to the already impressive functionality.


BluePrint Roll Out
AMT Data Technologies has signed an agreement to roll out the Blueprint Workflow Management System to 400 Contour users, integrating with the Contour Property Management System.

This will quickly be extended to up to 1,000 users in the coming months.The Contour Property Management System provides a central data source for storing investment and comparable information, information on clients, contacts and properties and provides the opportunity to manage and share information in a formal and documented way. blueprint web based workflow tool has been fully integrated with the SQL Server 2000 web based system to provide complete event management. Users may now fully manage complex workflow's from within Contour itself. All of the key stages involved in property sale or letting are now controlled by blueprint, and with the two databases combined onto the same server, full reporting facilities are provided.
